_{The Saint Helen’s Project is my most ambitious undertaking to date. Tasked with preparing a five-bedroom home for the market, I consulted with the owners to identify high-impact areas for decoration to maximise salability. Working independently, I transformed the spaces to meet the ‘fresh-feel’ brief. The result? The clients were thrilled, and the property sold almost immediately after hitting the market.}

Park Central, Bow Quarter

_{Located within the historic Grade II-listed Bryant and May factory, this two-bedroom apartment required a complete overhaul of decoration after years on the rental market. The project was a blend of structural repair and high-end finishing. I focused heavily on the neglected bathroom – carrying essential bath panel repairs, and stripped the Juliet balcony doors back to the bare wood for a fresh finish. The kitchen was a quick repaint job. With new window dressings, the property was ready for the rental market.}

Pelsall, West Midlands

_{Nothing beats a deadline to get the adrenaline going. My sister was stuck for inspiration for her lounge with a family event just days away. I packed my kit and headed to the Midlands. She’d picked the wallpaper, so I built the colour scheme around it, locked myself away for three days, and got to work. To her surprise, everything in the room was already in the house. Small budget, big pressure, but the result left her speechless.}
